It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

From the sunny balcony, you have a great view of the neighboring forests and over the city. The apartment is bright and spacious.

This small apartment, not far from the A45 (approx. 3 minutes), is an ideal starting point for hikes and explorations in the nearby Sauer- und Siegerland and the Rothaargebierge. The university and the surrounding hospitals can be reached by car in a few minutes - an ideal place to stay for students, lecturers, professors, nurses and doctors. Business visitors will also find a pleasant and quiet stay here. Sofa bed is available for a 3rd person/child.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Enjoy the tranquility of this centrally-located place. Cornermans-the apartment is located in a small village between Siegen, Netphen, Kreuztal and Hilchenbach. The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

I rent a cozy 2-room apartment in Siegen Kaan-Marienborn. It has its own entrance. Contactless key handover is possible. The apartment is centrally located and has good access to the city centre (direct bus connection; 3.5 km). In addition, there are a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within walking distance). I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness (see description).
