2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Die Wohnung wurde im Frühjahr 2022 teilrenoviert und neu geschmackvoll möbliert. Im selben Haus wie Geographers Cottage I

The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
