Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Enjoy your time in one of the cozy only roof houses of the holiday park Vorauf. The holiday park is located in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 square meters and stands on a property area of about 750 square meters. The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in the last few years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursions for the whole family.

The approx. 42 square meter apartment in a quiet yet central location has its own entrance, living room with sofa bed, dining area, separate sleeping area, kitchenette, shower/toilet and large balcony with views of the countryside and mountains. You will surely feel comfortable from the first moment. Free parking right by the house is available. (Please bring your own bed linens and toilet linens)

Chiemgau vacation home

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
