We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Apartment with garden

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

The modern kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a separate guest toilet ensure comfort. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Studio apartment/vacation apartment - bright spot

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
