Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Sierra Nevada

Fantastic condo in the best location! Easy walk to the Gondola for skiing, and never need the car because shops and restaurants are right in the village. Amenities are great and the wine and s’more kit upon arrival was a great treat! The condo is stocked with great games and fun puzzles. Everything was just perfect.

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

They were very responsive and answered any inquiries we had.

Sarah is such a lovely and welcoming person, attending to all of our requests. Her place is exactly as listed and was the perfect spot for our group of 5 for a weekend trip. Very spacious rooms, large backyard, and is located close to everything. We got to enjoy BBQing in the backyard with a picturesque view for one of our nights which added to the memories and experiences. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a place to stay. Thank you, Sarah. Hope to be back again soon.

A very clean and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment. Surrounded by other apartments but very quiet. I highly recommend it.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very spacious and comfortable home- the bed was super comfy, the shower hot, the gym was great- only two doors down and it was like your own private gym- everything was just right and easy commute to work.

I booked this place repeatedly because of how wonderfully clean it is and the surrounding is beautiful. Juergen has went over and above to ensure utmost comfort for the guests. I am very happy with this place and can vouch for the SUPREME SERVICE and how kind Juergen is.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Loved the beds and the shower. Kitchen was awesome. Location was the best. Quiet. Peaceful. Tranquil. Wish we could have stayed longer. Worth the price 100%. Great communication. This is how it should be. Hope to be able to stay again when coming back into town. 5 stars across the board.

Trevor was a wonderful host, very accommodating. If I had an issue he always responded immediately. His place is wonderful. The theater room was fun for our grandchildren to watch their favorite movies on a big screen without having to go to a movie theater. Lots of fun things to do outdoors as well.

Raymond and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10 recommended. Extremely welcoming, very proactive in communicating, beautiful home, and most of all great people. I’d advise any future travelers to choose them first!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

The Reverie lovely and SOOOO spacious! The home is in a beautiful location and you can easily tell it is special to the owners. The pride they take in providing a nicely appointed place to stay is evident. No one in our big group (13 adults and children) ever felt crowded. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable with clean linens and lots of extra towels for the bathrooms. There are a couple of darling areas for young children to explore and be creative. With two dining areas there is table room for family dinners and games. The coffee bar is a fantastic addition and was fully stocked for our coffee and tea needs. Manda was friendly, responsive to questions, and eager that we enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this delightful home!

Such a cute little home! Super clean and decorated so cute! The outdoor space is gorgeous! It is walkable to downtown Clovis with all the shopping and restaurants! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!

Melissa was wonderful. We had booked another place in Arroyo Grande and when we arrived it was nothing like what it appeared to be online. So we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We reserved this last minute and Melissa had it ready for us to check-in 2 hours later. I am so glad we found it. You pull up to a gorgeous property outside. The house is amazing! Absolutely spotless inside. Everything is top of the line from the linens to the appliances. Amenities are great. There is a ping pong table, pool table and lots of games, all indoors. Melissa provides all the stuff to make smores. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, baking, whatever you want! There is a gorgeous deck with a full ocean view, BBQ, and large table and chairs. Great backyard as well. Walk across the street and two houses down, the beach is right there! The only one thing that I did not care for is the beds. They are a bit too firm. I will definitely book this property again!

Very good family ski in ski out condo for spring break. Well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels etc. Comfy couch and living area. A little bit of a walk (with stairs) from the parking area so if you have senior members of your group keep that in mind. Very easy to get to and from the slope (ski down to gondola in 15 seconds). Village run returns you right to parking area for the condo.

Lori was a great host very friendly and quick responses! It was exactly as described and accurate to the photos! Perfect for our family of 5 the kids loved the loft and projector screen! You can’t get any better than this location we walked right outside to the gondola and all the restaurants are close to get to, steps away. All you need is right there in the village! We are already planning our next trip back!

This place had everything we needed and more, and was in the perfect location in the village! Walking distance to all the restaurants and close to the slopes. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

great location! Right at the village, it’s Timber Creek Lodge. It’s a simple apt room just like the description. We enjoyed our trip!

My family and I had a great time at Zeke's place. The people from the previous stay did not return the keys but check-in still went smoothly. After our skiing day ended, I enjoyed watching skiers return to their cars, down Home Run, from the dining room table. Our family's routine of ski, play in the snow, hit the pool did not get old for the duration of the stay. Looking forward to returning.

My friend and I stayed in Incline Village for the weekend and we had a great time! Parking was easy with one dedicated parking spot and everything was great: the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the kitchen was organized and well stocked. The location was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby mountains for skiing. We would love to stay here again in the future, and would recommend Janet's condo to others looking for play to stay!

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

Our stay at Allison’s home was great! The location is perfect, it’s right around the corner from Northstar. Her home was clean and looks like the photos. The kitchen was stocked for all of your cooking needs and it’s always nice to have the availability of a washer and dryer should you need. The guest locker had two saucers we were able to use with our littles on the hill behind the condo. Such a nice option, especially with little kids!
