Ocean front , but on a cliff - it's a very short drive or walk to the beach (2-7 minutes). Canyon Dr. Ocean Front Park is right below us (free parking, bathrooms).

Main room offers a king bed with a 50" flat screen TV, dresser, activity table and chairs. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, sink, glassware and utensils.
