It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

You can easily explore Silkeborg's beautiful nature and hiking trails from here. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a charming villa, and is ideal for couples (possibly extra bed for a third person/two children on the sofa bed). We have just received new beds and the bathroom has been renovated, so you can enjoy modern facilities here. NOTE: Facade renovation on weekdays.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is 40 m2 and is an extension to my house. The house is centrally located in Silkeborg in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a 5-minute walk to the train station, the city and the forest. There is a private entrance, free parking and access to the terrace and garden. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but with a sofa bed in the living room, more people can stay.
