Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Charming basement apartment in a quiet location.✨ Our lovingly renovated basement apartment offers a cozy retreat. It was furnished with a lot of dedication and has a modern yet warm style. We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Sie verfügt über eine Größe von 54 qm und eine angrenzende Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal geschnitten und eingerichtet. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
