Claude's place is of high quality and will certainly live up to your expectations. Note: the accommodation is very well acoustically insulated as long as we close the door but hey it makes sense The small cats on the property will delight you under the Normandy sun.

Beautiful spacious house, with a large glass veranda overlooking a large garden. This is a family house with all amenities for a large family. It is quietly located on the outskirts of a village that has bakery, pharmacy, butcher shop, family pizzeria and playground for children. Halfway between beaches and Normandy Switzerland. We are particularly grateful to Gaëlle for providing the beds and amenities for our two infants at our request. She also advised us on outings, including Ouézy's educational farmhouse, which was particularly interesting. And all ages loved the turtles.

Pleasant stay, ideal for disconnecting from everyday life. The environment is soothing and the host is present and discreet at the same time. Horses are your only neighbors, peace and authenticity guaranteed. The jacuzzi area is great, be careful it's extra and plan the reservation. We'll be back again for sure.

We had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful: spacious, stylish, clean, and well equipped (including a well stocked kitchen). The outside space is fantastic too - a private patio to eat and relax, with the friendly noises of the chickens in the background and just a few metres from the beautiful pool. We all loved the pool - especially our five-year-old. It is large enough to swim properly and the cover means we could comfortably use it on cooler days. The surrounding area is well located to visit a range of local towns. Martine was lovely: helpful and always available when needed, but we also felt we have the privacy and space to relax into our holiday home. A fantastic holiday. Thank you, Martine.

We had a very nice week with the family. Patrick is a very welcoming host. The area is rich in very pretty Norman villages. Beautiful activities are accessible by car.

We will keep a great memory of the Manor! Perfect hosting! Perfect place for a family get-together! Nicolas was very responsive when we had any questions. I highly recommend this place!

My stay with Anne and Thierry was great, very relaxing. With everything you need for a weekend, no surplus. the accommodation is quite well located and the hosts are very pleasant and welcoming.

Marie-Annick was a thoughtful host throughout our stay. She was very kind and anticipated our needs while giving us our privacy. The cottage was very decent, with all the amenities mentioned by the host. The environment of the grounds and surroundings is beautiful, large and beautiful walks are possible nearby.

Patrick and Florence's place, quiet and in a pleasant environment allows you to discover a very pretty area

Great week-long stay! Very warm, nice and well-equipped house. Beautiful view. We had sunshine as a bonus, the beautiful starry sky. Our two dogs really enjoyed it, like young and old. Susan is the perfect host, responsive, and thoughtful, all discreetly. We'll be happy to go back!

C0mo is always a pleasure. Comme toujours c 'est un plaisir être chez Viktoria. They are magnificent, everything is perfect. We felt at home. The house is very cozy. Only a closet is missing to hang clothes in the attic. When we left he also gave us bottles of sidra. un Encanto. We will be back.

The house and garden are lovely to be. The pool is fine. Also when it rains it is staying inside the house cozy. The beds are comfortable, everything is there. A fantastic ambiance and for children a play paradise with the trampoline and the pool. There is absolute tranquility and with a sublime view over the fields a special place.

We had such a fantastic time. The facilities were great - the pool in particular was a hit and some lovely finishing touches including gas for the BBQ and a great coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable. It's a great place to come for some rest and relaxation as it's very peaceful and secluded. A big thank you to our hosts who were very helpful and welcoming.

We attended as a family of 10. 7 adults and 3 children, this location was perfect for a family looking to relax and enjoy time together, we shopped locally and spent the daytime by the pool and the evenings around the table with the BBQ fired up and a cold beer in hand. Everything you need is on site. A large open plan living area with comfortable seating. They have a ping pong table in a separate building which we surprisingly ended up spending a lot of time playing. We would 100% recommend

Great location, 15 mins drive to city but very peaceful and rural feel. Loads to do in the area so it was a perfect base, and on rainy days we stayed and used the pool. Benoit was very friendly and helpful, and when we had a problem with something while he was away, he sent someone to help us straight away. Loved our stay here.

1 week stay, we were family 2 children 7 and 9a only tenants, the owners occupy the semi-detached house +/- other tenants on the site. Nice detached house with 3 bedrooms well furnished and decorated, neat, very clean. Very well equipped kitchen, comfort. Indoor pool, very clean and maintained, the children enjoyed it all week. Markets and merchants of good local produce around. Flats: tiny living room not adapted to the number of people in case of bad weather, toad pond that croak at night at the foot of the house, (ask house of the background?), and very isolated location nearest villages at 5 km by departmental road, Cambremer, very cute! Thanks to Joëlle and Elena for hosting us.

We had three lovely days at Belforêt en perche at the end of our holiday. We were greeted on arrival and talked through all of the basics for the property then left to it but we always felt we could get in touch if we needed to. Jean-Paul was a great communicator and we’d have no hesitation in staying here again.
