Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. On the ground floor: entrance, living room (TV, fireplace), toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 with 2 beds 90 X 200 bathroom, washer/dryer. View of the park, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, Weber barbecue.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Located 15 minutes from Étretat, Fécamp, 30 minutes from Honfleur, in the quiet of the green Normandy countryside, we have furnished our dovecote in the charm of the traditional materials of the region, with comfort and modern decor, our round dovecote will seduce you, for its cocooning atmosphere. A small kitchen is available for you to have your meals if you wish (small breakfast not provided), as well as a shower room with toilet, a pellet stove for heating.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
