Monthly Rentals in Silungatjörn

I have stayed in many AirBnBs over the last 10 years and Ingiborg is by far the best host I've ever interacted with. From sending me proactive messages, offering recommendations for things to do and restaurants nearby, to thoughtful, homey touches (she left my kids Easter candy for the holiday), she was a fabulous host and made our stay so fun and relaxing. We loved the little cottage which was perfect for a family. Our kids enjoyed the loft/attic space to play and nap, and we loved the thermal hot tub while viewing the northern lights. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The location was convenient to Reykjavik, the Golden Circle, Snaefellsnes Peninsula, and South Coast. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect cabin for a trip to Iceland! It was small but that's what we were expecting from the description, and the space was enough for our needs. The host was very quick to respond anytime we had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Good cozy spot perfect for 2 people

We had a late flight in but Björn was flexible with us checking in later. It was easy to find and Bjorn met us and showed us the place which was warmed and lit ready. So cosy and homely that the space really became a haven after our days adventuring. The place is so peaceful and the horses are amazing. You can see Reykjavik across the water but you feel very much in the country even though it's a short drive away. We found it to be a great location to explore in all directions so after doing the golden circle we also ventured south along the coast and quite a way inland North. Really loved our stay and Björn was very responsive when we needed a torch to explore a lava cave! The cabin is clean, homely and colourful and we absolutely loved our stay!
