Flávia was very kind and attentive, fulfilling all our requests. I received all the instructions in advance very clearly. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very cozy. The location is wonderful, going to the beach and the Centrinho on foot. We do not use the car for anything. I loved the stay and would like to come back again.

I went with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Paulo quickly answered my questions and sent accurate information. We all enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

We had a beautiful stay where as a couple we could enjoy the spectacular house and the quiet and very nice surroundings with many attractions nearby. The place is as spectacular as the description and was spotless, it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

Monica's house is spectacular! To begin with, the view is simply amazing — whether from the deck, the living room or the bedroom, it is possible to contemplate the sea and the mountains. It's something really indescribable. The location is also excellent: on the top of Morro do Vigia, a quiet, quiet and perfect place to rest. In addition, it is close to the historic center, a charming fishing village with great restaurants, ideal for savouring delicious seafood dishes. The house was extremely clean, very well cared for and organized, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were very well received by Monica, who gave us great tips on what to do and where to go, always very solicitous when we need to. Note: Our dogs loved the stay and were very welcome in the house!

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

Adriana's place is amazing! A perfect view.. absolute silence, a true peace! I recommend to those who want rest with the charms of Rosa! I'll be back for sure.

Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

Awesome, simple place close to the beach with [almost] everything you need. There weren't any towels but luckily we had a friend close-by who brought us some. Otherwise the place amazing views over the ocean, you could hear waves every night when going to sleep and it took 30 seconds to walk to the beach! Loved it :)

One of the hottest places we've ever stayed. The house was super clean and smelling, an equipped kitchen, a super quiet and safe corner. The house is very faithful to the advertisement. Very good to be able to use the kayak and the board. Mirtes and Adriano are very kind and helpful, they were super flexible with the checkout. We will return as soon as possible!

Great location, close to the lagoon, market, bars and restaurants. The house has all kitchen equipment, barbecue, some beach chairs, umbrellas and even standup board. We will definitely be back!
