Simiane is central and allows you to come for a business trip as well as to visit the area! Aix-en-Provence is 15 minutes away and Marseille is 20 minutes away! You can access the Calanques of Cassis in 45 minutes, the pretty villages of Luberon in 1 hour, and the beautiful beaches of the Côte Bleue in 30 minutes.

Independent studio in our house, with a small terrace, private access through the garage, and parking. The neighborhood is quiet with all amenities within walking distance (3 min). Ideally located between Aix (10 min) and Marseille (20 min) direct bus nearby, it will be an ideal starting point to discover the region. About 30 minutes from the sea (Côte Bleue, Cassis and the Calanques...). Your 70 m2 equipped outbuilding, 3 bedrooms, adjoins the main house, but does not communicate. The entrances are independent and allow perfect privacy.
