Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is newly renovated and surrounded by a large sunny patio where you can spend the day and evening. If you want to warm up in the evening, you can swim or light a fire in the barbecue hut Nearby is a swimming jetty in Antorpa lake and Mästocka lake as well as nature reserves in Bökeberg and Bölarp. 10 minutes away by car is Veinge where you will find a pizzeria, grocery store, kiosk and outdoor swimming area.

You can rent a wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. If you have time, you can book a massage and buy ceramics in my studio The cottage is located close to a nature reserve as well as hiking and cycling trails. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Several nature reserves and hiking trails in direct vicinity. About 1 km to the swimming area, grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and tourist office. 2 miles to Halmstad, bus connections are available (10 minutes walk to the bus stop).

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.
