Old school in Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Vårt gästhus är perfekt för en eller två personer och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver, inklusive grill och IR-bastu (ej badtunna). Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs!
