There is room for eight people in three bedrooms, one of which is in the guest house (which also has its own bathroom with washing machine). Social areas with room for many on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. Well-equipped kitchen that invites cooking. A secluded courtyard with pool and sun from morning to evening is accessible from the living room. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

Unique accommodation under a thatched roof, pool and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

The pool is normally kept open from mid-June to late August and then maintains a temperature of just over 25 degrees The guest house is located in beautiful Skillinge on the Österlen coast about 600 meters from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to swimming docks and beaches. Here, Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (cycling trail) also pass. Four golf courses are within 30 minutes' drive.

Here in the heart of Österlen, we have found our paradise on earth; with a wonderful pool, views and a place to socialize. With the best location in Österlen, you can easily discover everything around and find your own hidden gems. The house is a classic Skånelänga from the 19th century but plenty of charm. The house comprises about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of room for socializing both indoors and outdoors. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammar where there is a sandy beach.

The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The accommodation has another accommodation wall to wall (but locked in between). It will not be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Indoors we find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Through a large sunroom we access the garden, heated pool, hot tub, a grassy area and several furnished patios. The area of Österlen offers great beaches, picturesque fishing villages, cultural events and much more.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house was barely used when it was completed in 2024. The pool is heated, so swim under the starry sky in a 30-degree pool. Then warm yourself in the wood-burning stove. The house is spacious and airy with large windows and doors that take you out into the garden.
