Here you stay well in two rooms and kitchen with toilet and shower room. There are 2 extra beds available, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic for those who want to experience stunning scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Hus har inhägnad trädgård. Omgivning bok- och granskog vid Verkeåns naturreservat med vandringsleder. 10 min med bil till strand Haväng. Ta med cykel/joggingskor och bege er ut! OBS: Hund har vistats i hus! Grannar finns. Viss trafik från stor väg i närheten kan höras emellanåt. Buss 4 går förbi.

Old school - Teacher's residence

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Lärarbostaden där fina detaljer finns bevarade, så som kakelugn, vackra golv och spröjsade gamla fönster. Här kan du avnjuta goda middagar på två generösa uteplatser med grill eller inomhus vid ett rymligt matbord. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Simris är en gammal anrik by med trevliga promenadstråk. Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.

There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
