We had a lovely stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

Wow it’s an amazing place for a family or friends group trip to unbound to the nature. Amazing borderless swimming pool. Very beautiful area around and BBQ zone. There is a lot of fun around like a tennis and running stuff.

We stayed 3 nights at Karla and Luca's place and we couldn't feel better. The house is absolutely delicious, we found it very clean and fully equipped. The location is super central but still very quiet. In short, we should definitely recommend it! Dear Karla and super helpful. Thanks again!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and bicycles to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Paola is a great host! Everything was clean and perfect and the view was breathtaking! I 100% recommend!

We had a lovely day at Paola's apartment. It's clean, functional, in a good location near a minimarket and especially the minimro of Perugia which is a wonder. Communication was easy and Paola was very available. The wifi was working fine. If we returned to Perugia, we would rent in the same place.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.
