Beachfront vacation rentals in Sion

Marvellous stay over the Christmas period. I know that this would be a wonderful place to stay at other times of the year since it is so convenient for Lutry and exploring the Lavaux region, making the most of walking trails and public transport and boat links. The accomodation is very attractive and well appointed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

The stay was lovely, a very cute house with great view on the balcony with all the amenities you need. The host was helpful in every aspect, would definitely come back to the same Airbnb in the future. Unforgettable first stay in Montreux!

Were now for the second time for a few days in the beautiful apartment with the fantastic view. The lake is close, meditative relaxing and invites you to linger. The apartment is simply but well equipped, the bed very comfortable and just opposite the street a beautiful bakery. Communication with Johan was always great and we were welcomed with a nice warm welcome. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be back. 😊

The apartment was bright, friendly and nicely decorated as described. Everything you need is there and you are so close to the water that you feel like you are right on the lake. Evian is easily accessible by car and also on foot where there are many shops and good restaurants.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. The private parking space is a real plus to enjoy Evian on foot, everything is close by. All with a beautiful view of the lake. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an ideal vacation at Thierry's The House is modern, functional and above all the setting is beautiful. We had taken our canoes and leave the dock to walk in the caneaux or go to the beach it's just great. There are many beaches where you are on your own and are within walking distance from the residence. We were able to play tennis every day and book one of the four courses in advance. There is also a swimming pool, pétanque courts and ping pong tables near the clubhouse where we ordered good pizzas. There are also quite a few things to see in the area. Very good contact with our host. Very friendly and responds quickly to messages. We hope to be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the eagle‘s nest very much! The apartment is cozy and the view is stunning! It has the perfect size for 2 people, there is everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Paul‘s a nice host and always responded to our questions and wishes. As mentioned the bathroom height is quite low, so you have to sit in the bathtub while showering. There might be other guests in the house you will be sharing the garden with.

A beautiful home to spend precious family time in. Didn’t feel the need to go anywhere as we had everything we needed there on the spot - comfortable home, great facilities, stunning views ,peace and quiet … the list could go on and on… really appreciated the use of the paddle boards and kayak thank you so much . I would particularly like to highlight the light-flooded rooms, the modern and simple furnishings and the direct access to the lake! The rooms all offer plenty of storage space. Fitness equipment and swimming equipment are provided. The contact with the landlords is straightforward and accommodating. In the evening, the roof terrace is nice to use. During the day it is quite noisy up there due to the national road. But you can escape to the lower floors and the balconies on the lake side. All in all a great place to stay!!!

This was the most magical place I've ever rented on Airbnb. It's so unusual and so romantic, it's a time-capsule of a 19th century lake villa. It is not a boring, modern, cookie-cutter place like you see in countless other listings. Instead, it's exactly as described: A historic home with a zillion bedrooms (16? we lost count), most of which look directly out to Lake Geneva. The rooms are like something from a 1930s French film -- simple, wallpapered (sometimes a bit tattered), most with sink, a few with small balconies. Bathrooms and toilets are separate (and one bathroom is modern and renovated), and shared between several rooms. Downstairs, there's a large, dated kitchen with million-dollar views out to the lake, a huge dining room, a parlor sitting room, a TV room, a kids play room with piano... It's endless! Oh... and then a terrace wraps around the whole thing. And there's a yard! With a trampoline! Seriously, we loved this place. Not for fussy renters. But absolute magic.

We immediately felt at home. The house and the huge property exceed the description and the photos. Everything is there, everything works. The place is idyllic and quiet with beautiful views and a pleasant outdoor area, table and chairs in the shade of a tree, perfect for hot days. The home is ideal for people like us traveling with a big dog, because the property is completely fenced and offers outdoor space and shaded resting places. In a few minutes, you will be at the lake, where there are long beach walks. If you like, you can walk to the center of Lausanne. Our hosts were immediately available for any question, helpful and cordial. We would have liked to have stayed for longer and will definitely be back!
