Monthly Rentals in Sirens Beach

This was our second time staying at Neoclis' villa, and once again it exceeded our expectations (welcoming, serene peaceful environment and incredible hospitality). It’s no surprise that this property has consistently received 5 star reviews - everything about it is perfect! I was shocked to see one off review with a rating less than 5/5 (they may had other motives). Like all the previous guests, my experience was flawless. The peaceful and relaxing location right by Sirena Bay is unbeatable, and I loved starting my mornings with walks along the beach just steps from the house. The villa is spotless, comfortable, and Neoclis, once again, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. This place truly deserves its perfect reputation!

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

We had a great sta, the house is clean and well equiped. Martinos was easy to reach and very helpful

The villa is in a great location not too far from ayia Napa beaches , Agia napa marina is just a short drive away..the area is very peaceful serene and the pool is gorgeous. A negative is locking and unlocking the door I don’t know why it’s so tricky to open, always had a hard time locking and unlocking the door. There was no lock to lock the bathroom and bedroom doors that was definitely a negative. This was absolutely annoying; when turning on the fan or AC in the bedrooms it would turn on and off the other bedroom fan & AC. Every time I would turn on the air condition in the room downstairs in would shut off the bedroom right above it…OWNER of home you really should fix this …it was ridiculous trying to turn on the fan or air conditioning in one room and it would shut off or change the setting in the other bedroom …and bedrooms upstairs would have the same issue..this was a huge negative. When you are paying so much for a villa everything should run smoothly!
