There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Access to the beach by trail or exclusive staircase, a beautiful exercise for the body and soul.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen, complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small and medium-sized pets, with a single fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets.
