This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area, and the entire facility is stunning — both inside and out. A huge shoutout to the host, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They made sure everything was perfect and were always available for any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, and the condominium was fully equipped with an indoor pool, and we had a comfortable stay. It was close to the beach, so we could walk there, and the kids were very happy. The host, Felipe, responded quickly and was helpful. Thank you!

After so many trips, it's the first time that reality has surpassed the photos. The place is incredible, modern, with all the amenities, very safe and in an exceptional place to rest with the family after going to the beach. We took full advantage of the pool, as well as the shopping places for dinner and breakfast. The view from the pool with the green roof is priceless. Cristiane was always attentive to our questions. We regret not having booked more days. We will surely return on our next vacation.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

The house exactly matches the description and the photos . Everything new and super comfortable. I traveled with 6 adults and two young daughters and we were very well accommodated. It had everything we needed . Pertinho da Praia . It was very clean . I have no complaints ! Password port - which makes it much easier to enter . Guilherme helped me with all my doubts quickly and was very polite! I recommend it!

The Casinha de Mariana is a very nice place. When we arrived, it was his mother, Mrs. Rita. It was cordial and allowed us to check in ahead of schedule, and gave us local tips and recommendations. The accommodation is cozy and has everything we needed in terms of utensils, bed linens and bathrooms. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the view of the garden is beautiful, straight to the green hills, full of forest. The Açores beach is a nook, a resting place. It has few restaurants, it has a local market, so it is necessary to program for food. I hope to return next summer.

I was with my family for 4 days. We feel very good, very comfortable environments, with tv and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The children loved playing in the jacuzzi. Tranquil neighborhood, local conveys security. Surroundings with many options of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops. The host is note 10, super attentive.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Fabiano's place. It is a very modern, family-friendly, safe condominium with countless amenities and advantages for families with children (swimming pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, bicycles, etc.). The quiet hours are respected, guaranteeing a deep rest. It is located in an area away from the large concentrations of tourists, Morro das Pedras, and 15 minutes from the airport. The house has everything you need and even more to enjoy a stay as if you were at home. The photos do not reflect how nice and spacious the place is. Excellent internet as well as TV. A special mention to Fabiano's attention, who was very flexible, helpful and very friendly at all times during our stay, which went smoothly! Thank you very much dear Fabiano, we hope to be back soon!!

Special stay, very good bedrooms and beds, great bath and barbecue. The look of the mountains surrounding the region's beaches and lagoon is stunning. We spend a lot of time in two couples in the living room/balcony admiring nature and listening to music, in an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Great location, brisk walk (with a steep part of the house) to the centrinho, and a little further down to the beach. Suggestion to the owner is to invest in external lighting and general maintenance, which in the case of home can always improve. But the cleaning was impeccable. Thanks a lot

Pietro's place is very good, in a quiet place and at the same time close to the center! The pool was clean and the hydro as well, the place is better than the photos! We were in 10 people (5 couples) and we enjoyed the place a lot! Note 10

Marcus was very careful and requested, from booking to the time of departure! It gave us clear information about all accesses and everything we could enjoy from the condominium and apartment! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped! Good location, with great options to eat, markets, pharmacies and the like! Structure and services of the impeccable condominium! Joao's apartment is beautiful and everything is as described. Everything is impeccable. Great location. The condo is quiet, has game room and spacious pool. We actually felt super comfortable. Joao was flexible with our chekin and chekout. The only thing that the apartment does not have is a hair dryer, which in our case we used to use it and we had it, but when verifying the post it was clarified that it did not include this service. It's not a negative rating as it was clarified, but it's informative to future guests. Anyway, I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Super recommend! We stayed 4 days and were sensational, clean towels, linens clean everything, environment as is in the description! Fabíola let us in before the agreed time, and after tbm! It's worth it.

Great apartment in Novo Campeche, close to the beach. The condominium is also very good and very well located. We love that our pet was very well received, with pots and snacks. I highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay in floripa, 100% recommended!

lovely apartment, just like the photos. Very good washing machine and shower. The complex is very well equipped, lots of sun spots, great pool and hot tub which we used. Other facilities we didn't use like the Gym room and children's play area. The beach is a few minutes walk, it has golden soft sand and clear water. We wish we could have stayed longer!
