Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

The Annexe, Champion House, Moorend Farm, BS16 1SP

A fantastic location. An historic house with a wealth of associations. Dating from c. 1640, the house was modernised in 1676 and then again in 1723. We have been here since 1999. A great stepping off point, whether you are going to London, The Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham etc. We are very near to the Motorway network, 2 Railway Stations (Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway), Bristol Airport, Coach station in Bristol. Locally there are quality Pubs, Indian and Chinese eateries.

A lovely self contained annex in the heart of Warmley, on the outskirts of Bristol and Bath. Both Bristol and Bath within 30 minutes commuting distance. The Annex is split into a bathroom/bedroom/living area. There is a king size bed, 55 inch smart TV, two seater sofa, kettle and fridge. WiFi is available. Well sized bathroom with a bath and over bath shower. Towels and bedding included. On street parking available. Two very friendly dogs who share the garden space outside the annex!

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view & parking

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
