Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. We are located in the Alt Penedès, Barcelona province, between Sant Pere de Riudebitlles and Torrelavit. It was formerly a paper mill built in the mid-17th century. In recent years, we have renovated part of the building to transform it into a rural accommodation, preserving and respecting its structure and part of the original elements, creating a current and comfortable space, with a touch of industrial decoration, making this accommodation a charismatic and cozy place.
