Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Casa de 3 habitaciones; a unos 70/80 metros de la playa. En el corazón de Sitges, al lado de los museos, iglesia y los lugares más emblemáticos. A 7 minutos de la estación. A escasos metros de la playa de San Sebastián (para llegar, tan solo ha de bajar unos metros la cuesta). En pleno casco antiguo, en el centro de todas las festividades. Perfecta para disfrutar del festival de fuegos artificiales y bailes tradicionales en los días de fiesta popular (agosto). Una de las mejores ubicaciones.

The floor spaces are made of generous measures. A large room with a wall to wall wardrobe with sliding doors and mirrors make the room huge. It also has a bed with a high quality mattress of 180cm x 200cm that gives phenomenal comfort with its private balcony and air conditioning. The small room has a bed with a high quality mattress, 160cm x 200cm with a ceiling fan, balcony but without air conditioning. The Turist Tax isn`t included.

Crib + portable highchair available. Five min to train and bus stations. 45 min to Barcelona by train. There will not be a surcharge for the crib, but there will be for using the sofa-bed (30€/night). Fully licensed.

Nice apartment recently refurbished, situated in the second line of the exclusive Vinyet district of Sitges, 5m from the town center and 1m from the beach (Paseo Marítimo). It has a sea orientation with which it has natural light all day. It has 3 bedrooms 2 of them all with closets with drawers and two bathrooms.
