My place is close to coast of Boka bay, port of Kotor, 15mins walk from old town, San Giovani fortress, Hospital, Police station, Post office, near the beggining of the hiking track Vrmac, 50m to the beach, bakery, restaurants, market, shops, pharmacy shop... You’ll love my place because of my lovely balcony and the view, the ambiance, the comfy bed, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartment with balcony and great view! Free parking in front of the house is always available. Quiet residential area, 400m from the sea, 10-15min walk from the Kotor old town. Big supermarket 3min walk from the house, hiking trail to Vrmac mountain 5min walk from the house. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you are arriving by bus, the host will pick you up at the bus station. Local bus station right in front of the house for direction Perast-Risan (1.5€).
