A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

This is a separate part of our house, with an open area living room combining kitchen, dining and a cosy TV room. We can host up to 4-6 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings

Newly built guest house near F-bo Horse Show, swimming and golf

Enjoy a newly built guesthouse of 47 sqm where everything is new and fresh. Close to swimming, golf and 800 meters to Falsterbo Horse Show. Parking with charging area is included. During Falsterbo Horse Show week, July 4-12, the guest house is rented to one and the same tenant. The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away.
