In the annex, there are 2 120 cm beds, toilet and shower. Outdoor furniture and barbecue are included. 5 minutes walk from the house, there is a sauna, boule court and mini golf.

The house is 250 meters from Söderåsen National Park and on the same side as the national park. Close to the bus stop and free parking for car. In the house there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with five beds in a bunk bed, single bed and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table. New dishwasher 2023 and new oven August 2024. Two toilets. Shower in the basement and washing machine, new in 2024, in the same space. Large table, sofa and armchair and fireplace to light. Newly-built wooden deck at the back of the house.
