Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Welcome to Villa Cirkus - a large villa of 247 sqm - with a unique character and playful decor. Nothing is fragile here and everyone is welcome! The house is located a few kilometers from Tylösand and a few hundred meters from the sea. The house has an open plan layout with large common areas. The beds are always made upon arrival, and towels and final cleaning are included in the booking. A large heated pool (5 x 10 m) is available from May to September. A hot tub (at least 38 degrees Celsius) with an adjacent sauna is available year-round.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

(Please let us know before booking, we have 2 on the property) The associated plot is fenced. There are cozy forest roads to explore and in Toftasjön, it is excellent for swimming. Swedish TV terrestrial channels, satellite German TV. Bring bed linens and towels. Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

The little cottage on the hill

Welcome to our small, cozy cottage on the hill - located between Halmstad in the north and Laholm in the south. The cottage is approximately 60 sqm with a lovely patio in a quiet and rural environment. There are nice walking trails nearby, the sea can be reached by bike, and several cozy excursion destinations are a short drive away. We hosts live next door to the cabin, but you will be on your own. The house is properly equipped, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in.
