Closed to the cottage is Skálholt church, one of Iceland´s most important historic sites. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the hot tub. Bjarmaland Cottages is your home away from home when you explore the Golden Circle and the South of Iceland. Beautifully decorated and cozy cottages in the small greenhouse village Laugarás. This small village is initially built by greenhouse farmers. They settled here because of the area's hot water (geysers). In Laugarás there has been a medical center for a long time. Owners of Bjarmaland Cottages live on the farm and run a studio and an art gallery that is open for visitors.

During the darkest months, can you imagine to take a shower under the Northern lights? Well that is possible! This cabin is not suitable for children and infants.
