In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there is a view of the garden, Å and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there may be some. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. In addition to a large double bed for 2 people, the house has a 140 cm box mattress on the loft. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.

In-law adjacent to the house, but with own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. A room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide knocked out) and a TV with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (120 cm wide knocked out).
