The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Planned salmon. One fish is included in the rent, then 100 kr/salmon. Rowboat is included. Welcome to Älmesås! You will stay in your own little house on our farm. Within ten swedish miles you will reach Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Kosta Boda, High Chaparall among other nice places. You will stay in a very calm and quiet environment. If you take a walk, perhaps you will meet our nice Highland Cattles. You also can spend some time together with our bunny , four cats and the goats Iris, Diesel and texas. Perhaps you can get eggs from the chickens. The rooster Charlie says "Good morning"!

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.

If you are looking for a well-maintained swimming area, Mellby swimming area is a couple of kilometers away. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.
