On the terrace there is a barbecue and seating. Indoors you will find a bathtub, fireplaces and amenities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. There are 7 beds divided into 4 bedrooms, where one of the rooms has a double bed, two rooms with 2 single beds in each as well as a room with 1 bed and 1 double sofa bed. Hike along the Billing Trail, activate yourself in Billingen's outdoor area, enjoy yourself at Skara Sommarland, swim in one of many lakes or just stay here in the house and garden and enjoy a quiet and comfortable day. It has plenty of space for play and socializing. Two extra beds are available. Also possibility to borrow a washing machine. In summer, sheep go in the pasture directly adjacent to the garden.

Welcome to Kvarnens miniretreat! On part of the cultural road called Vallevägen, you will find the charming mill building from 1929. Here you fall asleep well to the rippling of the creek outside Kvarnen. In the area there are hiking trails with waterfalls, caves and swimming lakes as well as a lot of art galleries and the proximity to discovering several cozy cities and nature reserves. My "cottage" is 1 mil outside Skövde city center. Skara Sommarland you will find 2,8 km away. Paddle courts, hop n pop and jump yard can be found within 6 km. Billingeberget offers ski slopes, cross-country skis, ice skates, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, fishing, outdoor swimming and children's bike park. Billingen you can get to by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure Pool can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Gästrum på 35 kvm med integrerad kök och separat badrum/toalett. Det ligger omgivet av träd och grönska, med några torp i närheten som används som semesterbostad, samt fastboende. Det finns sofa, matplats ,en enkelsäng, samt en ihopfällbar gästsäng. Takhöjden är 215 cm, det finns några balkar i taket, där takhöjden är ca 183 cm . Gästlägenheten finns på 1.a våning. På 2.a våning finns ytterligare ett Airbnb boende.

Welcome to this amazing place with lots of space both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential home on our property. In the large garden there is a barbecue area, swings and playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Nearby is also Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.
