Modern apartment in quiet surroundings. A bit hard to find, bad road. We thought the apartment was nice, with a view of nice nature and water. Sparkling clean and all necessary content.

My family and I had some really nice days in beautiful Årnäs. Nestled in a charming mansion setting, the property is just a stone's throw from the water. In the mornings we could see from the window, we could see cranes, seabirds and several fallow deer moving around nearby. We also took the opportunity to fish from the associated jetty and got a nice perch, which became a fun feature. The host, Honorine, was very nice and helpful – we had good contact throughout the stay. The accommodation itself was fresh, cozy and equipped with everything you could need. A quiet and nice place we would love to return to.

We loved our stay : spacious but cozy, amazing view on the lake and the farm. We loved our calm retreat. The bonus of the Airbnb : fantastic sauna experience by the waterside, excellent for a hot session followed by a cold deep in the lake. The TV was enormous and excellent for chilling in the evening. We loved to have access to bikes to discover the city. The Airbnb is on a farm with beautiful horses around. Excellent trip! We’ll come again !

The second time we stayed in Anja's cottage, a very soothing place. Simple and very cozy accommodation that suits us perfectly. Lovely to have breakfast next to Tidan.

Amazing location for a friend group vacation! We had such a good time enjoying the outdoor spaces as well as the indoor ones which were really well maintened and organized.

The place is magical, with its lovely location at the end of the lake. We stayed 8 and it was no problem as the apartment is so big and practically planned. THE SPA room with bath, shower and large sauna is absolutely amazing. In addition, there was an ice maker👍

very cozy house in Karlsborg, steps from both lakes. House was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a stay of several weeks. only lived on the top floor, so didn't experience the sleeping arrangements downstairs. overall a very comfortable house in a nice and quiet location. would recommend.

Very nice house and close to the place we were going to.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family and grandparents. The children enjoyed playing outside on the trampoline, boating, fishing and even paddle boarding in the sun. For the adults enough seating in and around the house to enjoy the silence, the birds and the beautiful surroundings out of the wind and in the sun. Beautiful hiking opportunities nearby and the sauna was nice with convenient showers directly adjacent. However, it is useful to know that the second bathroom is not present in the main house. This was no problem for us. Stefan was remotely quick and very helpful and friendly in contact. Our holiday started cold, but inside it was very cozy with the soapstone wood stove for which there was enough wood available. On the lake you can fish with the boat with anchor, useful to know that fishing up to a maximum of 60 meters from the side is quite possible. We enjoyed it.

Peaceful and private accommodation. Amazing host who reached out and asked if everything was ok or if we were missing anything. Very nice, accommodating and helpful.
