Our cozy back house has a fresh, contemporary look. On the ground floor, there is a room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. All beds have M-line mattresses. It is located in our farmhouse where we live with our dear Labrador Saar. On the farm, we have two donkeys and chickens. There is a garden with various seating areas, including one with a fireplace and views of the countryside.

In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are occupied for private use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shop in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.
