Gayle is absolutely wonderful! She is a terrific host! She is super responsive and attentive! I was very pleased with her ability to make us feel right at home! This place was just as described and provided all of the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay in Cleveland! If you are needing a place to stay, I full heartedly recommend Gayle as a host! An excellent little spot for those working out of town, or visiting cleveland. The home was clean and tidy with a lovely splash of culture influence, pressumably from southeast Asia. The most impressive aspect of this particular BnB, though, was the responsiveness, consideration, and overall helpful demeanor of the owner. I highly recommend this location, and the host, Craig.

Jen was an absolutely amazing host. Anything we could have needed she provided. There was even a power outage, which happened because of a tornado passing through, and she brought over flashlights and candles before we even asked her. She really went above and beyond and made our stay as comfortable as possible.
