Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Rustic Mountaintop Chalet nestled among the pine trees. Beautiful views of Gunstock Mountain Ski Area and of Lake Winnipesaukee from the large deck. Just minutes to the ski slopes in the Winter or to the lake in the Summer. A glass front wood stove for chilly nights, and an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
