You have a private entrance and access to a separate patio behind the barn. Free parking in the yard. Nearby you will find Joker on Vikane and the ferry over to Hankø. You have bakery and restaurant, popular Mærrapanna, and nice hiking areas with a viewpoint like Blåsopp and Onsøyknipen. Welcome!

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Short distance to the city centre, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or in the city centre. Peaceful and nice area. Little traffic. Public parking in the street in marked spaces, for a fee from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, until 3:00 pm on Saturdays and free on public holidays.
