Close to SUNY Albany, St Rose, Sage, State Capital, 15 min from downtown Albany. 1 hour to Saratoga Race Track. Great Farmers Markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays right in Delmar. Close to local hospitals

Had everything we needed including some unexpected surprises like a Keurig coffeemaker with a great selection of K-cups. There was also some small individual containers of half-and-half in the refrigerator. Very thoughtful! The refrigerator is small but was large enough for the food we had brought. The freezer is also small but was big enough for our multiple ice packs. We picked up ice for drinks at the local supermarket and kept it overnight in our cooler. The apartment was just perfect! We would definitely return if we are in the area again.”
Garden Apartment, newly renovated in Center Square. Convenient to NY State Capital, Legislature, State Offices. Also close to Lark Street and Washington Park. We live above the apartment so there may be some foot (and dog) traffic in the mornings but we try to keep it down. We're usually on the second floor.

I lived there for a few days for attending the NY bar exam, this might be the best choice for people coming to Albany for that exam as it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the test center. It really worths the price.”
