The cottage provides complete peace and privacy, it is accessible only by a 150 m long steep pedestrian path from the parking lot below the hill.

Completely renovated in 2025, it offers modern accommodation just 400 m from the Nová hoľa ski slope. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an additional separate toilet, 8 comfortable beds in three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa (sleeping for 2), a Finnish sauna (extra charge), Wi-Fi, a summer terrace, and parking nearby.

The seating area contains a fold away double bed. Second floor has two single beds in addition a bunk with the lower level able to pull out for a double bed. This rustic house built in traditional Slovak style is in the centre of a little village called Zaskalie - Manínska Gorge, in a heart of national nature reserve which features the narrowest canyon in Slovakia. It lies in the Súľov Mountains, 6 km (3.7 miles) from Považská Bystrica. With wild and rare flora and fauna, its perfect for rock climbers, nature lovers and families. It's a short walk from the crag and very comfortable.
