The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

This tiny house is fully furnished, with bath room, huge windows, located in a green garden of a family house in Bratislava with a pleasant atmosphere. It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
