A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Welcome to our cottage on the lake, which offers an unforgettable escape from reality in beautiful untouched nature. The house with a terrace is located on a huge plot with its own pond in absolute privacy. It is modernly furnished, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Of course, there is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking. There is also an outdoor fireplace in the area. I look forward to hosting you!
