The apartment is located by the water and there are plenty of swimming opportunities. At the building you can take the water bus and experience Copenhagen from the water side. The apartment has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakeries and transport just around the corner. 11 min. from CPH center. You will have the apartment to yourselves.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

There is free private parking and the airport is only 15 minutes from here.
