Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio furnished in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to the University Hospital, Campus, Confort Moderne, and shops, and a 20-minute walk from the centre SOPGYN

La Maison du Bonheur – L'Intemporel

House in the process of home staging: some small work to be completed in the kitchen. I invite you to take a break from time, in this charming garden level. Another cottage, Le Sixties, is located in another part of the house. The entrance is common, but the 2 accommodations are totally independent. Parking for 1 car just in front of the house. I suggest breakfast delivery for an additional fee (€7.50/pers/day). In-person check-in, self check-in after 8 p.m.

Adjacent to our property, on a closed and secure plot, independent accommodation of 42 m2 not overlooked, composed of a central room with a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster) a bathroom with separate toilet, a bedroom (new bedding), and private terrace where you can relax. Ideally located for a stopover during your journeys on the A10 motorway. For a couple, with one or two children (Bultex sofa bed)

The Workshop of Dreams

We created L'Atelier des Rêves in 2023 in an outbuilding with the help of local artisans and by working ourself. The apartment served as a workshop for the craftsman who previously lived in the house and so we gave it a second life through the workshop of dreams. The green setting and nature activities nearby are a permanent invitation to relax, have fun and dream hence the name we have chosen to give to this place : The Workshop of Dreams !

Charming independent duplex of 32 m2, renovated in an old house, quiet. We live next door, in a separate house. Bed linen and towels are provided. A means of transportation is essential because it is not served by buses. Parking is available in our yard. 3 minutes by car from a hypermarket, shopping area, restaurants. 10 minutes from Poitiers city center, 6 minutes from the CHU and 25 minutes from the Futuroscope. No smoking allowed

IN POITIERS, renovated old house that can accommodate a family for a tourist getaway, or business travelers. Ideally located: 3 km on foot, by car or bus from the "plateau" (hypercenter), close to the train station, airport, close to the Futuroscope, tourist sites of our beautiful region! The amenities are neat and warm to ensure a great stay in a quiet area. Shops, free private parking, garden,... everything is there!

Nice 20 m2 studio in a farmhouse, bright, located in a quiet area 10 minutes from downtown Poitiers, 3 minutes from the Poitiers Sud shopping area, 5 minutes from the Poitiers Sud exit of the A10. Private parking 1 step down to access the studio, 1 step up to access the shower room 5 minutes' walk from very pretty walking or jogging trails by the Boivre River; the countryside at the city's doorstep!!
