New and child-friendly cottage in a quiet setting

New and modern cottage with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 m from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds, respectively, with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people in the case of families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress, for the very small children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The house's gathering point is the approx. 35 m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a beautiful functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Chromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or the like for the house). Here there is a guarantee for relaxation, coziness and good company. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic floor plan makes the home an obvious gathering point for 2 families who want a wonderful vacation together. Outdoors, you will find a large, lovely wooden terrace, which runs all the way around the house (approx. 120 m2). The terrace is partially covered with garden furniture and patio heaters, inviting you to enjoy good times throughout the holiday. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool you off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip at the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house, it is only 3 km to Gilleleje town, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, a cinema and good restaurants.

In JULY and AUGUST, the minimum rental is for 6 nights! Lovely year-round use annex, 32 sqm, with double bed, suitable for 2 prs. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 minutes to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbour and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus a great opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view.

Beach house - strandliv

A classic black wooden cottage in the first row to the ocean. It was precisely the sunset from the kitchen and from the large wooden terrace that made us fall completely in love. We love the long, bright summer evenings, where you are just bathed in the golden light from the sea. The house is bright and modernly decorated with personality and soul. The large kitchen area is the natural, social gathering place with panoramic views of the ocean and direct access to the terrace. Large, undisturbed natural plot with coastal protection.

Beautiful house by the sea in MÖLLE

Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
