Monthly Rentals in Smith River

Absolutely PERFECT!!! We brought our kids for The Redwood forest. This home was just fabulous with extras along the way! Coffee and creamer, plenty of blankets and extra bedding, so extremely clean! Shampoo, conditioner to laundry soap ect. Kitchen had all cooking supplies. The hot tub was fabulous and the views!!!! Very private home. And So super close to the casino. Definitely highly recommend for a beach home 10/10!!!!

What a lovely experience from start to finish! Pierson Company was pleased to find such a spacious and clean place for our crew doing work in the area for a few months. Our site supervisor expressed how warm and inviting the home was, the large kitchen and modern appliances were put to good use and the accommodations were more than adequate for a long-term stay. Susan’s place was perfect for my short stay w my bf and our dogs. It had everything I needed and right outside is an ocean view, w a path to the beach. Special thanks to Susan for understanding when my dog had a potty accident and supplied new bedding and was very kind about it. Thanks!

Great stay, the house was very clean and well stocked with all of the necessary items needed for our stay. Plenty of space and the house itself is very nice. Easy access to Jedediah Smith Redwoods park and Crescent City. Host provided helpful information and was very responsive.
