Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with mini kitchen, bathroom and lovely bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Nice environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. I will be at your disposal for any questions. There's plenty of room for your stuff. Including bed linen/towels. Large selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and specialty stores + best ice cream parlor :) 10 min. walk to Dyssegård St., train to the city center, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) to the city center, 20-25 min. Note: Ceiling height 190 cm.

Nydningen

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Cozy house by the lake in Copenhagen

Slap af med hele familien i vores fredfyldte bolig. Tæt på natur og i cykelafstand til hele København. Boligen indeholder alt, som du behøver, når du skal på ferie i København. Der er fire soveværelser og plads til i alt 8 personer. Stort køkken, havestue, 2 badeværelser (badekar i nr 2) og skøn have. Der er gratis parkering ved huset og bussen til centrum tager 25 min og bussen kører 5 minutter fra huset. Vi har en kat, som bor i havestuen. Den kommer og går som den vil gennem en kattelem.

Basement Bedsitter w/bath/kitchen - no smokers

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

The apartment is located in a shared villa. The owner’s small family lives permanently upstairs and the below floor is yours alone and private. Private free parking available at the property.

DTU also nearby Bus 68 leaves 2 minutes from my doorstep. 400, 191, 192 and 7 minutes away. They all connect to city trains. Choose between two train station within 20 minutes. walking distance. Airport os one hour away with public transport.
