We had a great stay at Stephanie's place. She was very proactive with communication and the house was exactly as advertised. Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at V.J.'s beautiful, quiet neighborhood home! Morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds sing was glorious! Being a night owl, I really enjoyed reading in the daylight basement, so as not to bother anyone upstairs with lights! We were so busy though, that we didn't even get to enjoy the pool table, maybe next time!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

Great stay with friendly hosts! Tiffany was so sweet and brought over books and puzzles for my little ones to play with during our stay. Perfect location with not being far from downtown and all the things to do and in a safe neighborhood. Would recommend!

Katie’s home was perfect for a gathering of three long-time (and senior, but young at heart) friends. We did not rent a car and walked for both evening meals and for groceries to the Five Point hub of East Nashville. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and fun to explore. Downtown Nashville is only 10 minutes, or so, cab ride. The house is spacious with three nicely appointed full bathrooms. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts. It was a too cool for us to use the outdoor space in back, but it looked very welcoming. The house has great curb appeal and lived up to its welcoming exterior. Katie was exceptionally quick and responded patiently to a question (user error) concerning the lock on the front door. I’d go back to Nashville in a minute and stay at Katie’s again.

Dango House was an absolute delight for my family and me! The check-in process was a breeze, and as soon as we stepped inside, we were enveloped by an incredible aroma of cleanliness and freshness. Every nook and cranny was spotless, making it an ideal space for our family of five. The neighborhood surrounding the house was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors who added to the overall charm of our stay. I can’t wait to return to Tennessee and book another stay at Dango House. Once again, thank you so much, Dango!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood and area is very nice and friendly, and the location makes it easy to get to all parts of Nashville. The house is cute and cozy, and matches pictures and description well. The back yard is huge and fantastic if traveling with pets.

it was a perfect spot! Quiet area but walkable to resturants and bars. All the recording studios are right there too! everything was clean and comfortable, the baggage storage was an extra bonus since pur flight leaving kept getting delayed. Mark was very responsive, we would highly recommend this place.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip to Nashville! It’s in a fantastic location—just a short Uber ride to Broadway, which made it super convenient to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and live music without any hassle. The neighborhood also had plenty to explore nearby, including great coffee shops and brunch spots. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Even with six of us, we never felt cramped. Although there’s only one bathroom, it wasn’t an issue at all because there was plenty of space throughout the apartment to get ready—mirrors, counter space, and good lighting made it easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville—especially groups looking for a fun, cozy, and well-located home base for exploring the city!

The apartment was so easy to access and beautifully well kept. The beds were super comfortable and that shower head pressure was the shining star. Haha Julie was quick to respond and very friendly! She gave recommendations for things to do and even shared her fresh chicken eggs with us! Such a beautiful area and an exceptional hostess! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Love this place! This is my second stay here and it was just as great as the first time. Super responsive hosts and they do a great job. I'll be back!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

River view and wildlife were great!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Nashville and the city did not disappoint. With all of the music and bar action it was comforting to walk back to Kimberly’s place and find the unit looking out across the river. Kimberly’s recommendation book was spot on. We ate at almost all of her recommendations. All in all, Kimberly’s apartment was perfect for our stay and recommend it for others.

Zac was a great host, I had a lot of issues flying in and he couldn’t have been nicer.

Jennie and Maureen would both great to work with and very timely with communication. Attention to detail was top notch and they made the entire experience very easy. The condo/apartment is in a great location away from Broadway, but only a nice walk or very short uber/lyft to Broadway. The place is very cool with the garage door in the living room. It was awesome lounging with the doors up. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
