Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Södermalm

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

We booked Robert's place because we had a family gathering nearby: the house and the stay were great! Beautiful views from a great terrace, but also from the dining room and living room. Spacious bedrooms for 5 people and a great sofa bed for another two people. More than spacious kitchen, really all necessities are available! But most importantly: a cozy house! In addition, Robert was very attentive, contacted if everything was ok, but respected privacy! For us, a great week in a beautiful setting! Certainly subject to repetition!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is perfect for a larger group looking to hang out and cook together. The kitchen is well equipped and there is the possibility to grill, which we really appreciated. The dining room table is solid and there is plenty of crockery for everyone. Everything was also very fresh and tidy. Something that really stands out are the nice facilities – the heated pool, hot tub and sauna made the whole stay extra luxurious. Malin was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommended!

We were very happy and satisfied with the stay in your lovely and cozy house. We loved the combination of relaxation (on the terrace/garden with cozy staggered levels and beautiful planting, at and in the pool - especially our 2 13 year old children enjoyed it, reading books in one of the many cozy nooks that existed), different walks with discoveries in different terrain (blueberry picking in the rocks, walks in the forest/nature reserve with lakes and outdoor swimming), trips to Stockholm where we experienced just some of the exciting cultural offerings (Vasa Museum, boat ride in the city's canals, strolling in the Old State, etc..). As the only thing, we had a hard time fixing the internet TV, even though we were guided by Joachim. But it was summer and there was plenty to do and do so we didn't miss it. Fantastic family house! Very well equipped and decorated. The kids liked playing with all the toys and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Multiple nice seating areas, both indoor and outdoor. Just a short walk to the bus stop. Highly recommended!

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

We stayed here with our 3 children and it was perfect! From morning till evening they were enjoying the pristine green grass, trampoline, pool, and jacuzzi, and us too! When we wanted to use the sauna, it was perfect with a large window so we always had eyes on our kids while they played. In the mornings beautiful deers would walk in the lawn and it was magical to see! As a family of 5 there is always plenty of laundry, and this house comes with 2 washing machines, a dryer, and a hanging air dryer! We brought all our own washing powder, but they had plenty if needed. The kids all had their own rooms and they were perfect. One day we couldn’t get the sauna to work and the host came over himself to fix it to ensure we didn’t go without on our holiday! Super lovely! Our kids said that this house was the best part of our holiday! No matter your children’s ages, this home has something for everyone to enjoy!

We spent a wonderful week in Camilla's fantastic house. Check-in was very easy and everything prepared for us in the house. The folder with the many practical notes about the house and with suggestions for leisure activities was very helpful. There are so many retreats in the house and you always have a fantastic view of the sea. The amenities and cleanliness were impressive. We were happy to cook in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we could not use the many outdoor seating options due to the weather, but on warm days it is incredibly beautiful here. A car is helpful to get to the nearest train station or bus stop or shuttle parking flexibly. The public transport network in Stockholm and surroundings is outstanding. Camilla was very quick and very friendly. We can absolutely recommend a stay.

Flawless accommodation, Lena is very responsive to answer, the house is very well equipped with sheets, towels... the playroom for children is perfect (3 children including 2 young children), the apartment is very well located 30 minutes from Arlanda airport, and 15 minutes from Stockholm, lots of shops nearby. Had a nice holiday week in Caroline and Erik's house, everything matched as described and in the pictures. The landlord was easy and accommodating to communicate with, and flexible in relation to our needs for longer stays. The pool house and pool were perfect both for lazy summer days and for game nights with family. We were 6 people, and in addition to the house, the annex, which gave us plenty of space. The house was charming, tidy, and well organized. And the bookshelves had books entirely to my taste 😉 Simply a comfortable and inspiring house to vacation in 🌟

We had a wonderful time at Henrietta and Lucas' place. As soon as we arrived, we were touched by delicate touches that made our welcome even more warm. The place, tastefully decorated, was clean, functional and in a great location. Just 1 km from a bus stop, it is perfectly connected to the transport network, and thanks to the SL pass, it is very easy to discover Stockholm and its archipelago without having to worry about the car. Several nature reserves within walking distance from the house offer refreshing hikes and unforgettable trails. The hot tub, a real haven of relaxation, allows you to end the day in style. Finally, the hosts are as discreet as they are kind, which contributes to a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Many thanks to them!

We had a fantastic trip to Sweden and used Anna's Villa as our base for our adventures. Whilst being very close to Stockholm, about 20 mins, it was also very quiet out in the suburbs and close to some parks, forests and a lovely beach. The bedrooms we're great with large comfy beds. The kitchen was very well appointed and there was LOADS of space for us all to relax in the evenings. The sauna, jacuzzi and bathroom was a great way to relax after a busy day exploring. There was an outdoor hot tub too but we ran out of time to try it out. Anna was great and gave us loads of tips and advice during our stay. We would definitely recommend this as a great base for exploring and relaxing in the evening.

Everything was seamless! Definitely recommend Mårtens place, and will be back. I had planned a 70s themed murder mystery for my 30th, the house was perfect for this theme, beautiful interior and lots of extra touches that made the weekend perfect. Big thanks!

Linus was very accommodating and responsive. The accommodation was very cozy and clean. There was also a very nice garden. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

Fantastic house in the nature with a lake view and everything you will need. We may go back one day.

The house is cozy and peaceful, perfect for a getaway with the family. We came with our parents, our baby and our dog, everyone was super comfortable. Helene's help was super useful (transport to arrive, logistics with grocery, info to plan activities, etc). She replied very fast every time. The house is small with a good distribution to spend time together; rooms are small but comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and well equipped. Livingroom and kitchen are beautiful and roomy with lots of natural light, with nice and comfortable furnishing, it is overall a lovely space to spend the day doing all kind of activities. The kitchen is definitely the hart of the house; very well equipped, you can find all you need and more. The room's temperature are perfect and the fireplace makes it even better. The outdoor area is also super convenient and well maintained, perfect to spend time with nature. Our staying was a great experience and we would love to come back soon.

A very cozy cottage with everything you need and a wonderful host who is close at hand. The place is quiet and peaceful embraced by the nice nature. A home that you'd love to come back to.

Nice cabin in a beautiful area with the forest and lakes right behind the house. Linda and David were very hospitable and helped with any issues we had.

Jimmy and his wife were wonderful hosts. He even took time to write me a recommendation on how to get to Vaxholm and what to do there. He answered all my questions in timely manner. I highly recommend his cosy little house to everyone who likes nature and quietness. Unfortunately I didn't get to bond with Penny the girl dog but I'll try my luck next time☺️.
