The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guest house with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cabin accommodates up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guesthouse and the hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Lake Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming no matter the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is walking distance. There are nice walkways directly from the farm.

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
